Dr Bern­hard Linn­artz has seve­ral years of legal expe­ri­ence in plan­ning law, espe­ci­al­ly in con­nec­tion with major infra­struc­tu­re pro­jects in the ener­gy and trans­port sec­tors. He is a pro­ven expert in plant-rela­ted immis­si­on con­trol, water and natu­re con­ser­va­ti­on law. He advi­ses num­e­rous com­pa­nies on envi­ron­men­tal law issues rela­ting to the ongo­ing ope­ra­ti­on of plants as well as pri­va­te and public deve­lo­pers in licen­sing pro­ce­du­res and infra­struc­tu­re pro­jects. His cli­ents par­ti­cu­lar­ly app­re­cia­te his exper­ti­se in tech­no­lo­gy law issues.
