Deni­se Helling’s legal advice extends to public com­mer­cial law. She advi­ses and repres­ents natio­nal and inter­na­tio­nal com­pa­nies in envi­ron­men­tal and plan­ning law, cli­ma­te pro­tec­tion and envi­ron­men­tal ser­vices law, and envi­ron­men­tal cri­mi­nal law. A fur­ther focus of her legal work is on con­s­truc­tion plan­ning and buil­ding regu­la­ti­on. In addi­ti­on, Ms. Hel­ling has spe­cial exper­ti­se in the area of the Sup­p­ly Chain Due Dili­gence Act.
