Dr Ortrud Kracht has been spe­cia­li­sing in advi­sing com­pa­nies in the crop pro­tec­tion indus­try, fer­ti­li­ser indus­try and che­mi­cal indus­try for over 20 years. She advi­ses them on regu­la­to­ry issues and con­tract law, in par­ti­cu­lar on the draf­ting of con­sor­ti­um and licence agree­ments. Cli­ents app­re­cia­te her in-depth indus­try know­ledge and exper­ti­se as well as her spe­cial under­stan­ding of cor­po­ra­te prac­ti­ce, which results from her many years of prac­ti­cal work in the legal depart­ments of lea­ding com­pa­nies in the che­mi­cal and plant pro­tec­tion industries.

Dr Kracht enga­ges in the dis­cus­sion of rele­vant legal issues and the fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment of her legal prac­ti­ce are­as, both through her mem­ber­ship in asso­cia­ti­on com­mit­tees and through lec­tures at Ger­man and inter­na­tio­nal expert conferences.
